Cancellation Policy
To ensure an exceptional experience for every guest, Starr’s Beauty Studio requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
All retainer fees, after-hours appointment fees, hair extension purchases, and service add-ons are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may incur a 35% cancellation fee.
After-hours appointments are reserved exclusively and require advanced planning; therefore, after-hours fees will not be refunded. Hair extensions and specialty add-ons purchased for an appointment cannot be refunded once ordered and remains the property of Starr's Beauty Studio.
